2015/16 Subscriptions and Choose Your Own Flex Packages may be ordered by phone, by mail, or in person. Classical, Pops, and Kids Subscriptions may also be ordered online. For mail orders, download the Season Brochure and use the order forms beginning on page 21.

Tickets to individual concerts in the 2014/15 Season may be ordered by phone or in person, or online. Tickets, if available, may be purchased starting two hours prior to each concert at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, located downtown at 1037 SW Broadway. Call the Ticket Office for availability (503-228-1353).

Subscription Order Processing

Seating assignments for new subscribers are made according to the date received after orders from returning subscribers have been processed. Renewing subscribers are given priority for seating requests based upon the date received and history with the Oregon Symphony. All seating assignments are subject to availability.

Tickets to Individual Concerts

Tickets to individual concerts in the 2014/15 Season are currently on sale. Tickets to individual Classical, Pops and Kids Series concerts in the 2015/16 Season will go on sale to the general public in August. Tickets to Special Concerts in the 2015/16 Season go on sale to the public May 18.


If you are unable to attend a concert included in your Classical, Pops or Kids Subscription, you may exchange your tickets for a concert in another series, or donate them back to the Oregon Symphony as a tax-deductible contribution. Exchange requests must be received no later than 4pm on the Friday preceding your concert date. Special Concerts are not eligible for exchanges. For non-subscribers, exchanges may incur a nominal exchange fee. All exchanges are subject to seating availability.

Special needs

ADA seating and infrared listening devices are available for all concerts. Large print programs for Classical and Pops concerts can be obtained at no charge at the Customer Service Table in the lobby. Braille programs and signing interpretation (for concerts with discussion from the stage) may be available for concerts if requested at least four weeks in advance.

Subscription Mailing and Ticket Delivery

2015/16 Season Tickets will be mailed in August. Tickets to individual concerts will be mailed to the address provided when ordered at least one week before the concert, unless Will Call is requested or purchase is made from out of state (see below). Tickets purchased within six days of a concert will be held for pick up at Will Call, which opens two hours before the concert begins at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

Out of State Ticket Policy

To protect our patrons from third party ticket brokers and scalpers, the Oregon Symphony will not mail tickets to purchasers outside Oregon and Washington. Any tickets purchased by patrons outside these states will be held for pick-up at Will Call at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, starting two hours before the concert. The purchaser must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
