Oregon Symphony in the Neighborhoods
A Portland favorite! People of all ages enjoy the summer sounds of the Oregon Symphony at these annual free outdoor concerts, supported by the City of Portland and the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC). Come celebrate the power of great music and the diversity of Portland’s neighborhoods.
The Oregon Symphony collaborates with local neighborhood leaders, community organizations, and neighborhood arts groups to present Oregon Symphony in the Neighborhoods in parks located in the Portland Metro area. An afternoon festival featuring performances by community groups, instrument petting zoos, arts displays, and local service booths is held before the free outdoor Symphony concert. Food is available for purchase during the events.
