How to calculate the number of Free Student tickets

The number of Free Student tickets is calculated based on the percentage of students at your school who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch program.

  1. Multiply your school’s 2024/25 Free & Reduced Lunch percentage by the total number of Students attending the concert.

This percentage is typically available on your school/district website, or from the school front office. It is fine to use 2023/24 percentages if the 2024/25 percentages are not available.

Example: You are bringing 100 students to a concert, and 50% of students at your school qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch. 100 students x 50% = 50 free student tickets and 50 paid student tickets.

  2. If more than 85% of students at your school qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch program, then ALL tickets are FREE.
