Pacific Youth Choir

For over two decades, Pacific Youth Choir (PYC) has been a beacon of musical excellence in Portland, serving hundreds of k–12 students annually. Recognized as one of the West Coast’s most esteemed youth choral programs, PYC unites diverse voices through a rich repertoire from various genres, cultures, and traditions.

PYC’s commitment to artistic excellence is matched by its dedication to equity and accessibility. Through robust need- based tuition assistance and strategic partnerships with local schools, PYC is dedicated to removing barriers to participation. The choir provides inclusive, high-level performance opportunities, including collaborations with the Oregon Symphony.

In addition to musical training, PYC nurtures the whole musician.Students explore different cultures and perspectives, developing discipline, character, empathy, and lasting relationships.
