How far in advance can I order tickets?
You can request tickets at any time, even before we announce the upcoming season’s concerts. When we announce concert details, we’ll confirm your concert and date selection. To ensure you get the best seats, order early.
Is a deposit required?
When we assign your seats we’ll request a refundable 25% deposit to hold them for your group. The remainder can be paid two weeks before your concert.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! You can change concerts, the number of tickets, and other details of your order until you make your final payment, subject to availability.
Can my whole group sit together?
The earlier you order, the more likely we can seat your whole group together. If possible, we’ll quote you exact seats when you make your order. If single tickets aren’t yet on sale, you can request your seats now and we’ll reach out to confirm your seating at the earliest possibility.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be mailed to you once you make your final payment. We can also hold your ticket in Will Call or send you E-Tickets if you would prefer.
