Andrew Warfield

Andrew Warfield joined the Oregon Symphony as Second Horn in 2024 and is also Principal Horn of the Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre. Before moving to Portland, he has held positions with the San Antonio Symphony, Sarasota Orchestra, Eugene Symphony, Mid-Texas Symphony, and Pacific Symphony. Andrew has also performed with the Nashville Symphony, Houston Symphony, Dallas Symphony, Omaha Symphony, Louisiana Philharmonic, and as Guest Principal Horn with the Orlando Philharmonic. 

Andrew studied with Leslie Norton at Vanderbilt University and with Bruce Roberts at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. When not performing, Andrew enjoys roasting coffee, hiking, traveling, and brushing his cat Franklin.
