Accessible Seating

ADA Seating is available at all Oregon Symphony in Salem concerts. To purchase online, visit our Calendar page, choose the concert date you are interested in, click Buy Tickets, and look for the wheelchair symbols on the seat map. To order by phone, please call the Ticket Office. You may also purchase tickets in person at the Ticket Office at 1910 Church St SE.

Complimentary ADA companion seating is available for reservation by calling the Ticket Office.

Wheelchair accessible seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities who require these types of features for seating. The purchase or use of these accessible seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited.

Accessible Entrances 

Rose Auditorium's entrance for seating is on the lower level, and the ticket office entrance is located on the upper level. Both entrances are fully ADA accessible with ramps.

The main Smith Auditorium entrance is accessible via a ramp.

Elevators 

There is an elevator in Rose Auditorium between the ticket office on the upper level and hall access on the lower level.

There are no elevators in Smith Auditorium. Staircases will bring you up to the balcony level seating.

Accessible Restrooms 

Each restroom in Rose Auditorium has an ADA-compliant stall. Restrooms are located on the lower level of the building.

Smith Auditorium has accessible restrooms on the first floor.

Large-print Programs

Large-print programs are available for most Oregon Symphony in Salem Concerts. Simply stop by the Customer Service Table in the lobby to request a copy.

Sign Language Interpretation 

American Sign Language interpretation can be made available if requested at least four weeks in advance.
